  • Development of individual project execution modules

Business Development Group (BD)

Responsible for:

 

  • Surveying and manifestation of new service opportunities via a wide market research network

Business & Process Management Group (BPMG)

 

Responsible for:

 

  • Defining and executing pilot projects
  • Validating processes for other groups via pre-implementation meetings
  • Executing the development of software required for each project
  • Managing the entire process of implementation after pre-elimination via an assigned Project Leader
  • Conducting Vulnerability Assessment for each finished project

Human Resources & Administration Group (HR)

 

Responsible for:

 

  • Implementing HR policies and associates practices in accordance with the company's guidelines
  • Recruitment and retention management
  • Training and development at all managerial levels
  • Employee performance and compensation management
  • Welfare activities
  • Liaison, networking and overall administration
  • Administration of iSN's business operations, implementing major decisions and efficiently organizing the company's human resources towards optimum, time-bound quality service delivery

      System & Data Management Group (SDMG)

 

      Responsible for:

 

  • Internal system and domain security management
  • External communication monitoring
  • Efficiency management for live job data downloads, uploads and turnaround maintenance
  • Data backup
  • Management of mail, proxy/internal application servers
  • Disaster recovery in unforeseen circumstances - restoring to IT infrastructure and creating database backups, facilitating immediate resumption of critical business operations
  • Administration of access levels to domains on an as-needed basis

      Operations Group (OG)

 

      Responsible for:

 

  • Definition or ARA (Authority, Responsibility & Accountability) parameters at every level for each project
  • Implementation of processes defined by BPM group for all live projects
  • Management of the quality control team
  • Implementation of strategic business moves to adapt iSN's KPO services to various domain based processes, efficiently deploying critical resources, management of people processes and helping iSN's clients to leverage their outsourcing investments
  • Management of shift activities vis-a-vis job distribution, quality and process milestones etc.
